How it works

We will conduct 10 private 1:1 sessions together, each lasting approximately 45-60 minutes. It is recommended to schedule an hour to allow for flexibility in case of tardiness or if you require additional time after the session.

During our initial intake session, we will delve into your coaching goals and plan out the subsequent 10 sessions according to a schedule that suits your busy lifestyle. You will also have the choice to designate one of your sessions as formal meditation training, including the receipt of your personalized Primordial Sound Mantra, instead of a coaching session. This option will be discussed during the intake session.

  • Absolutely, prior meditation experience is not required. I will guide you in cultivating a personal meditation practice as part of the program.

  • Yes, all information shared during our coaching sessions is kept confidential. We strictly adhere to professional confidentiality protocols.
