Coaching guides the client toward a deeper understanding of their own purpose, worldview, and inner self. Many clients have both a therapist and a coach.

  • Don't worry! You can decide the speed that works for your lifestyle. This container provides 4 months to receive ten 1:1 sessions. While consistency is key for lasting change, it's crucial that you are comfortable with the pace.

  • Having a specific goal is a great way to spearhead the change. However, if you don't have an exact goal but just feel unfulfilled or stuck, this program is still a fit. The whole-person approach allows us to address several aspects of your life. The answers will come.
